In 1996, as a senior in college, Elizabeth Garber needed to make extra money for college. She decided to try making chocolate and began to experiment with recipes she knew and a few handed down from her Grandmother. Holiday chocolates could be her extra money maker.

As an art major, she decided to pursue work in a gallery and continued to make her holiday chocolates on the side. Little did she know that at the age of 21 she was igniting her career as a chocolatier. She soon had her first customer that wanted to sell her chocolates. Armed with her creativity and determination she founded The Best Chocolate In Town, Inc. in October 1998.

Elizabeth takes great care in preparing her chocolates and demands the same of her staff. Superior quality and superior customer service are of utmost importance. Take time to enjoy these chocolates.
