Lila Randolph and Rigger Poore, both molecular biologists, decided to move to Red Lodge, MT for the beautiful environment. However finding suitable work became a problem. They decided to go into the food business after some friends raved about Lila`s chocolate sauce, a recipe that was handed down from her grandmother. It took them 18 months to collect the best ingredients they could find from around the world to perfect their recipe. Today their sauces have been sought after world-wide, and have even found their way to the U.S. Embassy in South Korea.
